Product and Pricing

All product descriptions and illustrations shown on the Website are provided in good faith but are intended as guidance only and actual products may vary accordingly. Pictures may differ depending on the colour settings in your computer. Murmull reserves the right to change product information without notice. All prices displayed on murmull.com are in Euros and include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified. For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to keep prices up-to-date on the Website, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any change in price will be communicated to you prior to delivery of the relevant products.


Payment and Secure Shopping

When you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Stripe stores your credit card data. Payments on our site are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Product Liability

We will use reasonable skill and care in fulfilling any order placed by you which is accepted by us. If a product is damaged in transport, it must be reported immediately to Murmull within 48 hours.

Notwithstanding the above, our total liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence or on any other basis) to you, for any loss or damage in connection with any Products which we have supplied to you shall be limited to the sums paid or payable for such Products.

We will not be liable to you where we breach these Terms due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control, including Acts of God, explosions, floods, tempests, fires or accidents; wars or threats of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; acts, restrictions, regulations bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority; import or export regulations or embargoes; strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes; difficulties in obtaining materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery; power failure or breakdown in machinery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for personal injury or death.

This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
